To reserve your time slot/space we ask that all treatments and training courses are paid in full at the time of booking.

Treatments and training courses are non refundable.

If you think you won't be able to attend your session, we ask that you give us at least 48 hrs notice.

An alternative session can be booked within a month period from the original date or for the next available course dates. Sessions can only be rescheduled twice.
